These sweet potatoes always go down a treat and are extra easy to make, best of all they are healthy and taste so good. You could pair these sweet potatoes with pretty much any sauce, as they are sweet and savoury. Oh and I left the skin on as these are full of nutrients and I hate wastage. 4 medium to large sweet potatoes
1/4 cup basting oil
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425F. Rinse the sweet potatoes really well as the skin could have dirt on it. Next cut the sweet potatoes into cubes.
You could either mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl or do the mixing on a large baking tray (I did mine on the large tray). Whichever method you use, make sure that the potatoes are evenly covered with the spices, seasoning and basting oil. Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
